LUNCH:
Monday – Sloppy Joe, carrots, oranges, 1% milk
Tuesday – Cheeseburger, oven fries, applesauce, 1% milk
Wednesday – Mac & Cheese, peas, cucumbers, pears, 1% milk
Thursday – Mini corn dog, tater tots, apples, 1% milk
Friday – Pizza, carrot sticks, fruit, cookie, 1% milk
Those taking from the salad bar must wear gloves. The gloves are provided near the plates and the gloves must be thrown away at the end of the salad bar line.
Students MUST return their lunch trays to the cafeteria every day. The commons area will be off limits to students unless there is adult supervision.
After-School tutoring:
- Mondays with Ms. Cavanaugh in the computer lab
- Tuesdays with Mr. Brown in Rm. 222
- Wednesdays with Mrs. McElroy in Rm. 216
- Thursdays with Mrs. DeShambo in Rm. 211
There is a sign-up for the Junior High Basketball Team in the High School office.
STUDENT OF THE WEEK:
MS: The move from the elementary to the junior high is a big one and Aydyn W. has done it with grace. She is thriving in her new setting. She makes good choices, helps others, and has herself organized. Aydyn is a great example of what it means to be Viking Strong. She is willing to do extra to help herself and others. We are proud of you, Aydyn!
HS: Cage O. has a solid academic schedule as a Junior, and this far into the year he is making the most of it. Cage is attentive and involved in class. He has been a conscientious student while also dedicating time to football practice and games. Keep up the good work, Cage! Viking Strong!
Inktober is back! Everyone in 6th-12th grade is welcome to participate (in art class or not). Inktober is a daily drawing challenge with prompts. This is completely voluntary. Please see Mrs. Klein if you want to participate, it starts today, October 3rd. Complete 21 prompts by November 1st to be entered in a prize raffle.
Mrs. Adams, 4th grade room 110, is selling bags of chips for 50 cents for the class of 2029!

Assemblies – Thursday 7th hr and Friday 6th & 7th hrs
Powder Puff/Bonfire – Thursday at 7:30

Wednesday: Mean Girls – We wear pink on Wednesdays
Thursday: Teen Beach Movie – Hawaiian prints, etc.
