–High School Student of the Week-CeCe is a great person to have in class. Cece is personable and kind to others. Cece always tries, asks questions, and is a very talented artist. Cece is a fantastic addition to Baraga and has adjusted well. Keep being Viking Strong.

–Middle School Student of the Week– Joy is always friendly and positive with her classmates and tries her best every day. Her enthusiasm for school is truly remarkable, and her willingness to participate in her classwork is a testament to her desire to succeed.

Vike of the Month-5th Grade. Hadley makes being a Vike look easy. She demonstrates responsibility, is friendly, excels in school, and is always dedicated to do her best in everything she does. "Having her in class with her gentle and joyful nature brings a smile to my face."

Vike of the Month-4th Grade. Mato is such a jolly young man. He comes to school everyday with a smile to share with everyone. He is one of the kindest young men, works hard, and has made tremendous gains academically. Keep up the great work!

Vike of the Month-3rd Grade. Adina is a great addition to third grade. She comes to class ready to learn, is very responsible and respectful in and out of the classroom, and is a hard worker. She asks for help when necessary. Keep this up! Congratulations!

Vike of the Month-2nd Grade. Meika is an incredible person who is very kind, has such a tender heart, and loves to make others happy. She loves to share her art. She never gives up and has a great attitude about learning. I am extremely proud of you.

Vike of the Month-2nd Grade. Tessa is fantastic! She is a shining example of reliability and kindness. Each day she shows up with a smile and a friendly demeanor. She likes a neat and organized classroom and helps everyone to keep our room this way. Congratulations.

Vike of the Month-1st Grade. Jaelynn is well deserving of this award due to her hard work and dedication. She is one of the hardest working students I know. She never gives up and has great positive self-talk which helps her be so successful. She is kind and a great friend.

Vike of the Month-Kindergarten. Eliza comes to school ready to work hard and does so all day long. She has a big heart and is happy to share her love with everyone. She has a great attention to detail, listens to instructions, and fully participating during lessons.

Vike of the Month-Kindergarten. Dayhaun walks into the classroom every morning eager to learn. He is an avid participant and an excellent helper. He loves to read, is kind, and thoughtful. He is an excellent role model for his peers. Keep up the great work. Congratulations.

Vike of the Month-Transitional Kindergarten. James is always ready to learn, works hard, and tries his best. He is a thinker and a builder. He has made some pretty impressive creations with Legos or Magnetics. He follows rules, is a good friend, and is kind to others.

Middle School Vike of the Month-December. Anna is well organized, earns good grades, plays sports, and is very kind to others. She participates in classroom discussion and is helpful in the classroom. Her responsibility and silly sense of humor separates her from others.

High School Vike of the Month-December. Nolan is an enthusiastic and engaged student. He thinks about what he learns in his classes and applies his learning to everyday life. Nolan often asks questions during lessons that provoke discussion, raising the level of learning.
